A seamless, fully managed supply chain: sourcing, processing, certification, and delivery handled by one trusted partner.
Every export we manage passes through a disciplined five-stage process. This isn't paperwork: it's how we guarantee that what you ordered is what arrives, documented end-to-end and ready for your customs clearance.
We maintain direct relationships with vetted farmer cooperatives and grower networks across Kenya's Central Highlands, Rift Valley, and Mount Kenya region. Every farm in our network is registered, GPS-mapped, and enrolled in our annual agronomic support programme. We do not buy through intermediaries — which means lower cost and full transparency for buyers.
Produce is collected at optimal maturity, transported under cold chain, and processed at our Nairobi-area facility. Grading follows GlobalGAP and buyer-specific protocols — size, weight, dry matter, visual appearance. Rejected produce is returned to the farmer rather than diluting a consignment. We can accommodate custom grading specifications for retail-programme buyers.
Each lot is inspected by our internal QC team and, where required, by KEPHIS or approved third-party inspectors before packing. We maintain active GlobalGAP, KEPHIS, and HACCP certifications across our product lines. Pre-shipment samples are available on request for all forward contracts, and full COAs accompany every consignment.
We handle all export documentation in-house: phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, and fumigation certificates where required. We work with a network of established freight forwarders for both air and sea freight, and can arrange FCL, LCL, or air cargo depending on product and urgency. Incoterms negotiable (FOB Mombasa standard; CIF, DAP available).
We don't disappear after the container leaves Mombasa. Our team tracks shipments, provides ETA updates, and follows up on arrival quality. Buyer feedback is fed directly into our production planning for the following season. Many of our buyer relationships began as a single trial shipment — we intend to earn every repeat order.
Many Kenyan exporters are intermediaries, buying from open markets, mixing origins, and passing on risk. GHC is structured differently. We own the farmer relationships, control the supply chain from pick to pack, and carry the quality risk so you don't have to.
The result is a more predictable, more transparent, and ultimately more reliable source of premium Kenyan produce — backed by a team that answers the phone and takes responsibility.
